What one person do you wish you could reunite with?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 30, 2007:
Fr. Bede Griffiths, unquestionably!
Bede was a Hindu-Christian monk and mystic who lived from 1906-1993. He spent a large part of his life in an ashram in southern India.
He was a leading figure in integrating Hindu-Christian systems of thought and I had the remarkable pleasure of meeting Bede in America several times with Wayne Teasdale, my good friend who also passed away.
Being in Bede's presence stilled the mind immediately and any doubts or confusion one had quickly dissipated.
He was a saint and true visionary.

Yes, I met him in India and he is one of the people who changes lifes.
Tom, if you ever need a spiritual retreat, go to Osage Monastery in Sand Springs Oklahoma. Sr Pascaline Coff spent a couple of years with Bede, as well as Bede visited Osage. Every year, they celebrate Bede's transition.
My own Oneness experience could only be described as a Bede Griffiths moment!
I know Sr. Coff and Osage. I actually have 20 hours of unreleased audio recordings of Bede! I'll donate them to Osage and Bede's Trust.

I lived at Osage for about 10 months and then entered the BSPA order. I was in for about 4 years.
